We believe that young people residing within a warm family style environment whilst being given freedom and choice will flourish, we aim to encourage and provide our young people with the  skills they need to develop into caring young adults with the attitudes, skills and outlook to make a positive and continued contribution to society. Reach their full potential and be equipped with the skills to live independently

Once a young person is placed with us we use a person centred approach to devise a pathway plan to ensure all they young persons needs are met. Pathway plans are regularly reviewed with input from the young person and any other professionals involved to ensure they are up to date and reflect the young persons changing needs.

Independence skills are of highest importance when preparing a young person for leaving and moving on to independence during their time with us they will be supported and encouraged to take more and more responsibility for looking after themselves, while in placement we will work on the following basic tasks in order to improve a young person’s independence skills.
